A germinal project where medium, form, and meaning intertwine as both inquiry and experiment. These five early mixed media works—encaustic with ink drawing on wax—form a preliminary field of exploration into the construction of identity through gesture and material. The tactile quality of the surfaces reinforces a sense of transition. Through the depiction of the feminine figure, the series proposes an exploratory self-portrait: neither strictly real nor entirely dreamlike.

Collaborative series of 11 pieces that proposes the idea for exposing the self through identity labels. Each participant selects a trait, a name, an “ego,” and the artists transforms it into a visual sign. By stripping identities of their private anchoring, the project explores tensions between individuality and the collective.
